Financing and Insurance
The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending upon the recommended treatment, time needed to treat, and types of orthodontic appliances used. After a thorough clinical examination, Dr. Snyder will discuss your individual treatment options so that together an appropriate plan of treatment can be decided upon. Once the course of action is agreed upon, our new patient coordinator will discuss with you the cost of the treatment and payment plan options. We will work with you to develop payment options so that you know how your payments will be made prior to the start of any treatment.
Affordable Payment Plans
In order to meet the individual needs of our patients, we offer a variety of payment options. We can typically extend your payment for orthodontic treatment over a period of months. If complete payment is received at the start of treatment, we offer a discount. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit amount, which is distinct from regular dental insurance coverage. Our new patient coordinator is happy to answer any questions you may have about your insurance benefits and will check with your insurance company to determine what coverage you may have.
Financial Policy
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also set up recurring payments to be debited from either a checking or credit account, including Medical Savings Accounts (MSA/HSA). Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
